Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Assisted Living facility in Hempstead, NY. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented RN who is comfortable working independently and using computer systems for documentation and assessments.

Responsibilities:

Perform resident assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations

Coordinate and oversee resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Complete documentation accurately and timely using electronic systems

Communicate with physicians, staff, residents, and families

Ensure compliance with NY State regulations and facility policies

Qualifications:

Active New York State RN license in good standing

Assisted Living and/or UAS experience is very helpful but not required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems

Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to care
