A leading multi-disciplinary engineering firm is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking CAD Coordinator (Civil/Survey) to oversee CAD operations and drive excellence across civil engineering and land surveying projects. What Youll Do
- Lead and support all aspects of CAD-driven plan preparation and production
- Maintain, refine, and expand internal CAD standards to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and implement CAD and software policies and procedures
- Manage and update AutoCAD styles, templates, and databases
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide software support to project teams
- Review base models, surfaces, and drawings, resolving discrepancies or gaps
- Train and mentor staff to elevate technical skills and proficiency in CAD and related software
- Coordinate with external CAD consultants
- Oversee quality control processes, ensuring precision, consistency, and compliance
- Contribute to a wide range of civil engineering and land surveying projects
Qualifications:
What Youll Bring
- 10+ years of professional experience in Civil or Survey disciplines
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with MicroStation, Trimble Business Center, Cyclone, or Revit is a strong plus
- Degree or technical school education in a Civil/Survey-related field preferred
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
