Emergency Medicine Physician at $616K and a $50K Bonus (W2 & 1099) in ND Lakeside Town

This role offers flexibility with both W2 and 1099 options available, allowing you to choose a model that fits your needs while delivering high-quality care and performing advanced procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, and critical care. This role can offer up to $616K and a $50,000 Bonus depending on the package you choose.

Schedule:
Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
Mid-level support during peak hours.

Pay Summary:
W2 Employee Option (Living in the Community):
Base Compensation: $250/hr.
Quality Bonus: $10/hr (paid quarterly).
Annualized: Approximately $561,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses.
Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years).

1099 Independent Contractor Option (Living in the Community):

Qualifications:

Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
Years of Experience:
FM/IM with extensive emergency medicine experience (at least 3 years with 250 case logs within the past year).
Education:
ABEM certification preferred.
Licenses:
Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
Certifications:
ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
Personality Factors:
Compassionate, adaptable, and skilled in handling diverse medical conditions.
Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
