Job description:

Civil Engineer

Albuquerque, New Mexico

Responsibilities:

- Conduct site investigations and feasibility analyses.

- Develop Site Plan that meets the required guiding criteria
(DPM/IDO/etc.)

- Develop site master plans aligned with project goals.

- Navigate entitlement processes.

- Perform onsite and offsite drainage analysis and design.

- Oversee site utility design for functionality and efficiency.

- Coordinate dry utility arrangements.

- Lead drainage master planning.

- Manage coordination with sub-consultants (geotechnical, surveying).

- Oversee construction contract management.

- Conduct construction inspections.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in relevant software and design tools.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $90,000 to
$130,000, depending on experience.

- Position is for in person work only.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field.

- 3-4 years of design and construction experience in land development.
