Senior Project Manager Commercial Flooring

A leading commercial floorcovering company is seeking a Senior Project
Manager to drive profitable growth through strong client relationships
and expert project execution.

This role combines business development and high-level project
management. The ideal candidate brings an established book of business
($3M+ annually), strong industry relationships, and experience managing
large-scale commercial flooring projects from award through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple commercial flooring projects from award to closeout

- Maintain and grow key client accounts

- Generate $35M in annual revenue through new and existing
relationships

- Oversee bids, pricing, budgets, and profitability

- Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

- Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong client communication

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- 810+ years of commercial flooring or related construction PM
experience

- Proven business development success

- Strong financial and contract management skills

- Established network with GCs, property managers, and commercial
clients

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
