Job description:

Seeking a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support Pulp & Paper, surface treatment, and industrial customers in the Lewiston, Idaho region. This is a field-based technical role focused on delivering on-site service, troubleshooting, and customer retention through strong mechanical aptitude and chemical application support.
What This Role Does:
Provide on-site technical service and product application support
Perform equipment repair, installation, and replacements
Conduct chemical testing and optimize dosage/setpoints
Manage inventory levels and ensure proper system performance
Document findings and enter service data into CRM/analytics systems
Conduct service audits and make process improvement recommendations
Support multiple accounts across a defined geography

Qualifications:

Ideal Background:
2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience
Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical and pipefitting preferred)
Comfortable performing hands-on troubleshooting and testing
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft tools
Able to work independently with strong time management
Must reside in the Lewiston, ID region
Willing to travel up to 25% (occasional overnight)
